Kerin has taught more than 2000 classes of different types of yoga including Aerial, Wheel, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Stretch, and Gentle Flow Yoga. A teacher since the year 2019, she has led multiple trainings, workshops, and retreats.

She is a lead trainer for the 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course (RYS 200) registered under Yoga Alliance and also a Registered Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) who has taught 7 batches of CET Aerial Yoga and 2 Wheel Yoga Teacher Training Courses.

Kerin wishes to extend her yoga practice to more people. Her dedication and commitment to grooming and nurturing the new batch of teachers. She enjoys the healing elements of yoga which de-stress and connect our body and mind.

From tight to light, from tired to inspired, from intensity to serenity. …. These are the transformations Kerin has experienced since she started yoga, AND she hopes the same for those who practice with her. Everyone who joins her class is not a student, but a master of their mind, breath, and body.
