Service Description

Create the special blend of Chair & Stick Yoga. In this class, you will learn & experience both benefits of Chair & Stick Yoga. Chair yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. Many of the basic individual postures remain the same while seated on chairs, students can do versions of twists, hip stretches, forward bends, inversion and backbends with the aid of a chair. While Stick Yoga increased flexibility, improved balance & posture. It reduced stress levels. The Yoga Stick can be used to support the spine, hips & shoulders in various postures. The yoga stick is a great way to add variety to your yoga practice and to challenge yourself in new ways. It suitable for all levels of yoga practice.
