Service Description

Pilates is an intelligent mind and body class that utilizes the Pilates principles that combines into a basis of breath work and mindful movement. A contemporary class based on Pilates choreography, where you move organically through sequences with synergy in your body and breath. The class focuses on controlled movement for a deeper focus on technique while maintaining intensity, coupled with stretches to increase flexibility.
