Service Description

In this Arm Balance & Inversion, you will learn the strength, mobility and alignment drills that will assist you with going upside down. Address to different Arm Balance poses and learn the methodology to achieve good Arm Balance. Understand the ways to increase arm strength. The teacher will provide modifications and options for all levels in a safe and supportive environment.
