CS: Aerial Yoga Beginner

Service Description

Aerial Yoga is also referred to Anti-Gravity & Flying Yoga. It combines Traditional yoga poses, Pilates & dance with the use of the hammock. Yoga poses which some find difficult to do on the ground may be easier in mid-air using the hammock. Students are guided through a dynamic flow of postures to achieve psychological & physical benefits such as improving flexibility & balance, healing spinal issues, & relieving stress. This class is suitable for beginner level students.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations will result in class credit forfeited.
