Service Description

Aerial Hammock class incorporates elements of Pilates and dance. This class focuses on fun, strength training and performance artistry. In this class, students will learn to link Aerial Yoga skills and acrobatic moves into a short sequence.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations will result in class credit forfeited.
