Yoga Stretch (Hip & Shoulders) helps to fully stretch the body through gentle movements and improve flexibility. This yoga stretch helps to release tension in hips and hamstrings. With the focus of the breath, you will be able to release tension and stress from the body and mind, go deeper into stretches. This class focus on shoulders & hips openers. For level up, the class goes towards splits and deeper backbend. Suitable for all levels.
