CS: Shoulder Opening & Backbend (CP)

Service Description
Shoulder Opening & Backbend class is a multi-levelled session as different variations of poses are given and props may be used. Backbends stretch and expand the chest, therefore allows deeper breathing and increase oxygen levels in the blood. Will learn drills to open shoulders, strengthen the muscles required to support and stabilize the backbends, and use props correctly to get into alignment when required. Suitable for beginners.

Cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations will result in class credit forfeited.
