Service Description

Ashtanga is a very dynamic and athletic form of Hatha Yoga. It is made up of six series or levels. This beginner’s class offers an introduction to the Ashtanga method as students will learn the basic technique for breathing and movement (vinyasa), gazing (Drishti) and internal locks (bandha). While it is a very physical practice, it also promotes mental clarity and inner peace. Students will be guided through initial sequence of poses in a manner. This class is suitable for beginners.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations will result in class credit forfeited.
